With the long term depre-ssion of construction busi-ness, there are some opinions that  new installation market would be shrunk. But, remodeling market will be expanded because the volume of old elevators are bigger and bigger as time goes on. Now is time for maintenance market.

They also registered as maintenance company of ThyssenKrupp elevator Korea and take the maintenance of 1,300 units of elevators in Daegu·Kyungbook area.
Different from other maintenance companies, the technologies of Dae dong elevator co.,ltd. is based on manufacturing so that they can provide maintenance service on the same site for 10 to 15 years and also carry out remodeling projects. Dae dong elevator co.,ltd. provide fastest service among maintenance company because of training program for steps and technical supervising system.
Mr.Baek said “Maintenance companies generally don't know about installation so they have in trouble sometimes. But, my company have total solution from installation to maintenance so we can cope with most problems”.

So they signed the contract with Young nam university on the cooperation of research from 2005 and equipped elevator repair facilities, and they dispatch researcher to the site for finding solution.
