Parking control system…developed with refined·elegant design,
last touch on development of total control system

Just after pass in Yang jae IC, you can see ATcenter(Agro-Trade & Exhibition Center) that place is for international trading business, exhibition·convention. AT center is only place in the world for agriculture and food. There are 50 more agriculture related companies moved in and various exhibition, seminar, events, performance and meeting are held almost every day so the place make much traffic nearby.  1,000 to 1,100 cars except regular parking enter AT center parking lot and need efficient control of parking lots.
Post Management Building Co., Ltd(CEO An young duk, hereunder PMB) have been taking maintenance service and upgrading on the parking system of AT center from 2006.
Applied system is magnetic billing machine, RF reader, AI LED gate, ticket vendor, regular parking control program to meet the requirement of AT center.
Looking on the characters of applied system, breaker is signal linked intelligent LED bar flashing green light when allowed and red for waiting to help driver see in the night.
RF reader have 2.45GHz frequency range that recognize card quickly and wide. Also, 2 stage vendor is convenient for both truck and passenger vehicle.
Mr. An said “From the first installation, we checked and fixed error during” and added “Now, we just carry out preventive maintenance 2 time per month and customer satisfied it”.

Specialized design and established new program for gap market
PMB was founded 4 years ago and they are now OEM company for developing, manufacturing and selling parking control system.
Last year, they provided LPR, their own model, to Hanshin IT tower and other 5~6 places and achieved certification of direct manufacturing of CCTV. Also established R&D center and employed steps for R&D. Now, they applied patent and propelling co-development project with sub-vendor.
Mr. An said “We solved communication and control problem with other companies' module through continuous R&D”.
Also, they manufacture 100~150 units gate machines per month and export 20 units to Kamazo company plant company in Japan from August 2008.
Now, they developping total control system that bind national wide public parking lots and province wide one.
Especially they focus on design development in this year. Starting from ticket vending machine, they plan to change the design of gate machine, license plate recognition machine to have refined·elegant design so that all model have a unique design representing PMB.
