Biggest system in Korea, error ↓efficiency ↑ with network imbedded
Self government body developed parking recording device…security double-coded record, block any attempt to counterfeit·modification


More than 28 millions peoples visit Incheon international airport. Incheon international airport was built 9 years ago, now it have 570 companies inside the airport and 350 thousands workers in there. Also it have top ranked for 5 years bu ASQ(Airport Service Qualification). But in the other side, there are 12,320 cars parking area in passenger terminal and 17,320 cars parking area in cargo terminal.
Especially, they now replaced old parking control system to new and largest one from November last year. The biggest renewal parking control system project is under control of the consortium of DKEE Co., LTd. and LG-CNS. DKEE took a role of establishing parking control system and parking total managing system.

Establishing renovative parking system, accumulating know-how on large construction
The biggest problem in parking system of Incheon international airport which running 24 hours a day is malfunction and minimizing this is key technology. Just after finishing the construction, the system had partly down but it was fixed within 6 months.
Yun ju yeal, CEO of DKEE said “Parking system is composed of many other sub-system, so it take long time to develop the control program. Also, the program shall match all device through network system to prevent malfunctions” and added “We didn't have enough time but we made it stable”.
The system have 5 servers taking role as master·database·image·credit card·web service and 7 computers monitoring each parking lots. That system is run by a program for efficiency. Among these, master server remotely control all parking lots, collect data and synchronize each sub-system. Also, database server collect all data from each parking lots and send it to them for controlling and monitoring. These server have redundancy backup for preventing total system down.
Also, DKEE applied the recording device of parking ticket that was developed by DKEE to ticket machine, fare adjustment machine and reader on the gate. This device can read parking ticket and credit card.
In brief, the device can read even if the ticket is damaged and double-coded record, block any attempt to counterfeit·modification. Especially, the same device can read ISO 7811 type credit card, discount coupon, parking ticket, season ticket, commuter ticket and so on. And the device is weather proof to operate under harsh condition.
You can pay by cash, credit card, commuter card and high plus card on unmaned fare adjust machine or you can do it on the gate. Commuter cars and step cars can be passed just recognition of licence plate, parking location of car can be checked by Kiosk or gate system. Also, on the gate bar, LED beam is attached for night vision and BLDC driver open the bar within 0.6 seconds. But it close the gate slowly for safety reason.  Also, the sensor on the gate can recognize the size of car so that small car have less than 1000cc engine and give discount upto 50%.
Mr. Yun ju yeol said “We learned the knowhow on handling large project, man, customers and preparation through this project” and added “This was good chance and now we can achieve order from overseas or domestic project after all”.

Now, 7 parking lots(carge, long term, short term, VIP, bus, taxi, ballet parking lots) in Incheon international airport is under controlling by total management program and licence plate recognition system, fare adjustment machines, car recognition sytem are installed on 65 gates and 35 places.
DKEE marked 8.2 billions KRW total sales last year and expect 15 billions KRW total sales this year based on the know-how and technologies. Especially, they plan to focus on large project that require complicated and total control technologies and be one of world TOP 5 companies. For this, they develop new products having European design, reliability and easy to handle.
DKEE set a Philadelphia branch office last 2007. Now they have 6 sales office in North America and sale on North and South America. And their products is under UL certification. And DKEE have branch office in India, Turkey, UAE, Australia, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt.
