As to economic declinations, parking market also put into price competitive atmosphere. A person related to business said that the expectation of this year's market volume would be 60~70 billions KRW. This is 10 billions smaller than last year. This effect on competition and customer might have unhealthy effect.
On this, Hyundai elevator(president Song jin chul, hereunder refer to as Hyundai) announced that they would enforce safety and quality. Mean while, Hyundai carried out project as turnkey method with subcontractors but customer complaint have been never stopped. So, they plan to carry all project under charge of Hyundai. Among these projects, Gangnam El tower is best sample case.

High class banquet center, effective management make high level of parking lot
El tower is located in Gangnam daero and South circus belt road, subway #3 line is high class banquet center of Elvision(president Lee gang in, former Samjung international) was opened September 2008. The building is composed of underground 4th floors and 8 floors, all floors are used for banquet and connected to Kyungbu highway and Yangjae IC.
This building have 4ton capacity elevator for installing stage and enough electric power supply to support stage equipment. The bulidng have luxurious interior and exterior, and also very effective parking system. The parking lot can hold 292 cars, and transient parking lots can do 900 cars.
Hyundai installed optimized parking lots and have run it for one and half year without problem. The parking lot have horizontal round type automatic parking lot for parking large vehicles. It was designed through as hole type for considering building design and have 6 entrances. Also, each floors have cart with the speed of 150m/min,  60m/min and 90m/min lift so it take less than 2 minutes to stock car.  

Bicycle parking lot market, enter into
Hyundai occupied 28% market share last year, and they tarket in this year up to 40%. Recently, they supplied parking system to E-mart(4 stage horizontal round type for 120 cars), Ramada hotel in Suwon(8 stage horizontal round type for 100 cars).
Also, Hyundai showed outstanding output in bicycle parking lot market. Under cooperation with Seoul metro, they developed bicycle parking system and installed it in Icheon head office. Also they achieved order from Yeongdeungpo, Daegu, Kwangju station.
