Realizing unmaned total control system
for the first time as self-governing ward

City management corporation of Seong dong gu(president Park Kyong mu, hereunder corporation) established un- maned total control system at first among self-governing awrd and manage it successfully. Corporation established central control system linking 7 parking lots within area with network in Seong dong gu office last March 2008 and have run it. This is sample case for success and for benchmark.

Establishing total control system for 7 parking lots in Seong dong gu office
Corporation introduced unmaned tolling system in Ha-wangshipri(101 cars parking place·Eng bongdong(79 cars parking place) from 2007. Also, installed it in Songjeongdong(71 cars parking place)·Seongsoo2ga1dong(168 cars parking place)·Seongsoo2ga3dong(198 cars parking place) and Doseondong(191 cars parking place), Gangbyun(104 cars parking place). This system is applied on huge area such as big city control system but it's first time for ward size.
Gong gi il, leader of parking management team of corporation, said “3.5 man need for one public parking lot, but it's burdensome for small parking lot” and added “There are some difference among parking lot, if change to unmaned parking system, it take two years to pass the break even point”. On the other hands, corporation plan to install parking control system on 4 public parking lot. Kopa menics co.(president Park hye sun) will take role of system builder.

Seongbuk gu·Jongro gu established unmaned total control system
Started as Kopa trading company from 1978, Kopa had 32 anniversary last January and they specialized in parking facility and software development company. After establishment, they supplied their system to Kimpo, Jeju airport, Samsung Seoul hospital, Korea univ. hospital, Walkerhill hotel, Hiyatt hotel, 63 building, Korea war memorial, Kwangwhamun building, Yonsei building and so on. They supplied 860 places until now. 
Kopa will supply ticket machine, billing machine and unmaned control systemto 3 parking lots in Seongdonggu and total control system for 7 parking lots. The system are equipped with VPN, VAN, parking control server and various options. If there is problem, user can communicate with control center step through webcamera and IP phone. Also, control gate to open after verify identity of driver by plate number. The total sales also is controlled by control center so parking manager have less work and can provide comfortness to user. Based on this output, Kopa provide the system to Seokbuk gu office and Jongrogu office.  Jongrogu plan to bind 20 more parking lots with unmaned control system.
