Design to maintenance, having total system for vertical transportation Crane, Gondola…Catch two rabbits in Korea·Overseas Reporter_J.H.Lee(jhlee@liftasia.com) Dae O precision industry Co.,Ltd.(CEO Hong Seong Cho) announced great achievement inside and outside Korea. Last October 23th, Dae O's Hwasung factory was busy to move hoist car bound for Vietnam. They sold 12 units of hoist car(speed 70m/min, weight 1.5 tons, 8 units and 100m/min, 2.5 tons, 4 units) for Hanoi Silk City in Vietnam. On top of this, they made 2nd contract with Song Da construction company on supplying 8 units of hoist car. Mr. Hong sad “With this contract basis, we will cultivate India and Middle east construction market”. Also, small tower crane developed this year(model name : Dolk 5040) have a good reputation now. This can be controlled by wire or wireless, and applied Slip Ring for eternal rotation. The structure of mast is connected by high tension bolt so it's easy to extend length and the maximum height under this structure is 150m. Also, hook raising is 181m, this is highest capacity for medium range crane and low vibration in circular movement and applicable according to work diameter(26m/35m/40m). It is under operating on Gega bridge. Made a purchasing conditional contract with POSCO Also, they had 300 millions KRW investment from the Small and Medium Business Administration for developing internal lift(Gas examine lift, named anti-explosive gondola). Especially, Dae O made a purchasing conditional contract with POSCO on the internal lift and they plan to supply the lift to Kwangyang, Pohang factory until next May. Meanwhile, internal lift is not localized so all internal lift should be imported from Netherlands, Sweden. And, users paid high maintenance fee and long waiting. Mr. Hong sad “These expensive foreign product will lose market in Korea”. Dae O had also good reputation for developing anti-explosive hoist car and 200m vertical range car. Based on this, Dae O plan to carry out active marketing with gondola, anti-explosive hoist, high speed hoist, crane on India and middle asia. Dae O already set up Dubai branch office through KOTRA matching last June and plan to set up India branch office.
