Parking Facility, Signed Agreement with Russian Companies…Focus on Global Marketing

At now, because of high oil price and raw material price, industrial field is in the long depress period. Especially, elevator and parking facility business is on the edge now.
Under this situation, GS sky elevator co.,ltd.(CEO Kim Tae Hun, here under refer to as GS sky) dipped their foot into elevator and parking facility business. Special things on GS sky are that they have been producing nonferrous metal cast and cast products for 20 years and supplying big or medium company located all over country. They marked 13 billions KRW total sale last year.
The start point was Mr.Kim's announcement that they would extend their business area to the related business.
For one year, GS sky achieved outstanding growth. Recently, GS sky joined partnership with Navigator company, Russian parking facility company, then established GS sky Russia. They already finished the discussion on export tower parking system and site manufacturing, and now carrying out achieving Russia national certification.
Mr.Kim sad “We signed on the agreement of supplying components for 5 years. Russia is attractive market except parking facility. So we plan to do global marketing on gap market”.
Also, GS sky cooperate with MP system company to propose construction of yacht parking system in the beach of Pattaya, Taiwan. And preparing join in construction project of robot parking system which is one of Igland project in Falkland, USA.
GS sky already built parking tower containing 72 vehicles in Samsung women hospital in Suwon city last June, they progressed two much considering one year.
In elevator business, GS sky already signed MOU with Ching Tao Fuji elevator to undertake company, and occupied 50~60% of total number of elevators for goods installed in Gae sung industrial area. Now they have independent office in Gae sung industrial area for providing maintenance service, after all they plan to raise the ratio up to 80%. Like this, the main cause of GS sky's success in elevator and parking facility business is minimizing risk of manufacturer and cooperative companies by marketing.
Mr.Kim sad “We singed on M&A with the companies having marketing, engineering, design and manufacturing abilities, so that we can produce maximum profit with minimum risk” and added “We do our best to carry out global marketing within our work boundary”.
