Korea Elevator Safety Expo to take place next month 23-26
Korea Elevator Safety Expo Organizing Committee Korea Elevator Safety Expo to be held next month 23~26 Over 70 exhibitors expected to participate, largest elevator marketing platform in Korea 2012/09 The Korea Lift Safety Expo 2012, which will be held at COEX in Seoul for four days from the 23rd to the 26th of next month, is set to become an international elevator specialized exhibition. The exhibition is characterized as a convergence of urban construction-related exhibitions under the theme of 'Green City Week'. In addition to 'Korea Lift Safety Expo', a total of four exhibitions, including 'Smart Green Building Expo', 'Public Environmental Facilities Expo', and 'Building Industry Exhibition', will be held simultaneously, resulting in a larger scale compared to 2010 and synergistic effects between the exhibitions. Currently, the Elevator Safety Expo organizing committee is busy attracting last-minute participating companies. The Elevator Valley Business Council, which will be located in Geochang-gun, has already applied for 34 booths, and more than 70 companies, including large and small manufacturers and maintenance companies, have applied for booths and are preparing to participate in the exhibition. In addition, applications for participation in the Corporate Business Center are being accepted from elevator companies and individuals until the 28th of this month. "The Corporate Business Center will be open during the exhibition and will be organized around the introduction of new elevator technologies, consultation on corporate issues, and presentations on best practices for market development," said an official from the expo organizing committee. "It will be a great opportunity to introduce domestic elevator technologies and products to buyers and visitors to the exhibition." Anyone working in the elevator field is welcome to participate, with priority given to companies participating in the expo. Companies and individuals interested in participating should submit their presentation topics and dates to the Expo Secretariat (www.liftexpo.co.kr, 02-3437-7443). This year's expo will feature products and seminars on the theme of 'elevator safety' as the Ministry of the Interior and Safety has been upgraded from a sponsor to an organizer. Especially now that the elevator industry is lacking a window to promote the industry, the expo organizers and the industry will have to work together to make the expo the largest marketing platform for elevators in Korea and a place to drive the next generation of the elevator industry. "For companies, it will be the best opportunity to open new markets and expand human networks, and for the industry, it will be the best opportunity to secure competitiveness and gain public support," said Gong Chang-seok, chairman of the Korea Elevator Safety Expo. |
