The smart parking system is built with a parking control system using license plate number recognition technology and the Smat Parking app. When a driver pays the parking fee with his smartphone at any location, the information is transmitted to the management server of the parking lot, and when the paid vehicle leaves the parking lot, the parking blocker is automatically opened by the license plate recognition device to enable quick exit. Drivers who pay for parking with their smartphones can check the payment history of their credit card account on their smartphones, and they can also print the payment details from the Internet as a proof of payment.

Parking lot managers can also check the payment history online at www.SmartParking.mobi. Discount QR codes are automatically discounted when saved on a smartphone at stores or places of visit, and discount QR codes are generated hourly to prevent counterfeiting. In addition to reducing congestion at the exit of the parking lot, smart parking systems can also reduce construction and maintenance costs for building owners.
