No 3 Twin elevator in Korea, will be installed in Ajou hospital
Capacity ↑, shaft need ↓…passengers, building owner 'all satisfied'

ThyssenKrupp Elevator Korea(CEO Bae jin young, hereunder TEK) decided No.3 Twin elevator installation site.
Ajou hospital located in Suwon decided their elevator replacement company as TEK and they will be No.3 Twin elevator installation site in Korea.
This replacement project is replacing 2 units of gearless elevator having 150m/min speed to twin elevator composed of 150m/min upper car and 120m/min under car. With this, 1 unit of gearless elevator will be replaced same speed elevator with TAC-50K  controller. This replacement will be started next February and finished by October.
A person from TEK said “No.1 and No.2 Twin elevator is installed in Hankook investment stock building and 2nd Hyundai capital building respectively. And twin elevator reduce stand-by time up to 50~60% so that most passengers satisfied. Ajou hospital also expect good efficiency to solve complaint from patients”.
Especially, Twin save shaft space under the same carrying efficiency to use it as other purpose. On the other hands, Twin elevator is successfully running in England, Spain, German, Russia and Korea.
