World economy was blown by financial crisis and elevator industry also under dull atmosphere. This situation effect on export market, so Chinese government drive industry protection policy to overcome the situation. But some company took a chance in this situation and boosting their company. Canny elevator company is one of them. Wang You Lin, president of Canny, said ¡°Applying new technologies is effective solution against financial crisis¡±. In fact, Canny secure more than 200 patents through R&D and give much effect on elevator industry in China. Especially, energy saving system and intermittence control system was developed under economic crisis. These new technologies are strong weapon of Canny and Canny was certified as A class company on elevator manufacturing, installation and maintenance by various elevator and escalator inspection bodies in China. Base on this, Canny achieved 199 units escalator installation project order from Suzhou no.1 subway line last December 2008 and this was first time that domestic company installed whole subway line. Also, they achieved expanding installation order of escalator and moving walk from Changbei airport in Namchang last June. This order have meaning that they were also first chinese company that achieved order on star class airport. Mr. Wang said ¡°We make this output because the quality of Canny's products are almost same level through continuos R&D¡±and added ¡°The policy of upgrading low quality product to high quality one is one of important role to advertising Canny's brand name not only China but also overseas market¡±.
Installed more than 200 units of escalator in Korea Last year, Canny marked 7,000 units sale and no.1 local sales company for 5 years in China from 2005 to 2009, and listed stocks on the stock market for the first time as local company in 2007. Also they export 500 units every year. Korea also import more than 200 units escalator from 2006. Mr. Wang said ¡°As usual, we set science and technology as guideline of brand to satisfy customer, raise human resource and enforce management¡±. On the other hands, Canny plan to enforce export and advertise brand name on overseas market. Also, they set target to be world top 10 elevator companies.
